How skippers and crew benefit
basic distribution
The basic distribution is 3% or 3.5%. You can choose whether you want to receive the basic distribution or whether you can credit the amount for boat holidays.
The basic distribution is subject to withholding tax at 25% plus solidarity surcharge plus any church tax. The withholding tax plus solidarity surcharge and church tax for the basic distribution will be withheld and paid by the Company. Withholding taxes accruing on monetary benefits are to be paid by the shareholder himself.
Exemption orders for capital gains can be deposited for the basic distribution. The church tax liability must be announced to the issuer.
Basic payout Bonus
You get the basic distribution bonus, if you can not pay off your basic distribution claim, but convert it into a cozy boat vacation - that's the bonus for boaters. Depending on the time of the boat holiday, this is 20%, 30% or 40% of the basic payout used for the trip. The following time limits apply:
- Ride in May, July, August: 20% on basic distribution,
- Ride in June, September: 30% on distribution,
- Ride in March, April, October: 40% on distribution.
For example, the interest on your contribution increases from 3% to 3.6%, 3.9% and 4.2%, respectively (see example calculation). With a financial investment of 20,000 euros is at least once a year a long weekend on the houseboat in it, if not even more.
basic discount
As a further extra for skipper, there is the basic discount of 3% and 2.5% of your deposit. This means: In addition to the basic distribution and / or bonus, we will, for example, credit you with 3% of your deposit every year. You can redeem them for your annual boat trip or you can collect the discount one or more years for your next cruise. The basic discount is not payable. With the basic discount, the interest on your deposit can increase to 7.2% (have a look at the example calculation).
Incidentally, you can also spend the basic distribution bonus of 20%, the basic distribution and the basic discount elsewhere in the corporate group. For example:
- the rental price of apartments (upstairs of the harbor house in the Marina Müritz, in the Minimarina Mirow and in the Marina Niderviller)
- Rental of sports and sailing boats at our stations (if available)
- Moorings for day visitors, summer or winter berths in a round trip marina
All other products of the round trip Marinas and Kuhnle Werft GmbH are NOT eligible for discount. These include, for example, electricity, water, crane, services, boat accessories and so on.
The discounts explained apply exclusively to the chartering of boats of the KUHNLE-TOURS fleet (not to boats of partner companies) as well as other KUHNLE-TOURS products.
Are the bonuses collectable?
Yes, several years can be accumulated and split up into several boat rentals, berth rentals, etc. The discounts can be transferred to subsequent years and remain valid until redemption. There is no increase in accumulated discounts due to interest. Unpaid payouts can be converted into discounts at any time.
If the investor (shareholder) cancels his contribution, all bonuses that can still be used as a discount are to be used up in the year in which the deposit is repaid, otherwise it expires. The discounts are usually regarded as a pecuniary advantage, which may be subject to a tax burden. Exemption orders for capital gains do not apply.
Are the bonuses transferable?
Yes, investors are free to decide whether they want to board their own ground, bonuses and basic discounts on the water. You can also transfer your dividend claim to friends, relatives or even third parties. The only condition is that you, as our investor, initiate the booking.
